As a versatile, entrepreneurial business leader with advanced skills in organizational planning, teamwork and leadership development, facilitating, mentoring, public speaking, advocacy and project management, I find great joy in assisting organizations through necessary change and evolution.

 

WHAT I LOVE: Developing leadership teams isn’t just a job, it’s a passion I pursue continuously. In both volunteer and professional environments, I have traveled the globe providing leadership development through conferences and training for businesses, governments and institutions. I also love strategic planning; sitting down with leaders to map out a vision, assessing the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and crafting a solid plan on which to move forward.

 

HOW I LEAD:  As a student and champion of servant leadership, I believe the best way to lead is through influence, not through authority. The more we train, develop and equip your people to lead, and provide them the space to succeed, the more we can accomplish collectively.

 

WHAT I’M PROUD OF:  I have a talent for defining problems, strategizing effective solutions, and inspiring people to execute on them successfully.  I've had the great honor of managing individual leaders and teams in multiple disciplines in small, medium and large organizations.  Each and every positive result accomplished has provided me a renewed template for success in future opportunities.
